Hello all, I hope that you have had a jolly time with family and friends over the past few days. Mr Frog, myself and our clan certainly made the most of our days off, mainly with eating a disproportionate amount of food to stomach capacity and watching Dr Who.
However, our over indulgence is not the focus of this blog. No, instead, I have a piece of information to share and a request. A question first I think. Did you give or receive any books over the festive season? If you did, what were your favourites and why? Answers on a postcard please! Seriously, we would love it if you did respond in the old fashioned way because we’d like to create a cool window display of your postcards.

And now for the info. After a year, we have finally signed up to The Hive. What’s that? Well, basically, it’s a way of purchasing books, DVDs, CDs, gifts etc. online, whilst supporting your local bookshop at the same time. You can either pick up your order from us or choose to have it posted it out to you. We get a little commission on every sale and you get to buy your goods from a company that pays their taxes…controversial! Obviously we’re better off if you buy directly from us, but The Hive is certainly another string to our bow. You can reach our link via our website, on the Store page.
